73 girls rescued
73 underaged girls rescued from the horrible borthels of India!
During 10 raids in the first eight months of 2009 many as 73 underaged girls have been rescued out of the most horrible borthels of India. The latest rescue action took place on 5 august 2009, when 12 girls were rescued! The girls from 9 years on, come from several federal states of India and Nepal. All the children were talked away under nice pretences from their parents and then were drugged, taken away and sold for about 400 euro per girl to borthel keepers in Delhi and Bombay. Some kidnappers and borthel keepers of the nine corresponding borthels are emprisonned. Our Indian partners “STOP” and “Rescue Foudation” in the meantime, immediately after the rescue, did declaration and will keep on prosecuting the criminals untill they get long imprisonments. Most important is that the girls themselves can testify in large numbers under protection of our partner organizations, who employ themselves lawyers and assist them. All the girls are intercepted now in our Indian refuges. Because of the large experience of our partners with the already 2002 (two thousand and two!) rescued girls, among who even some of them already work for years as STAFF, will get all the love and care they need. As soon as the criminals are sentenced, the children will get prepared for their return to their desperate parents and will be helped further by us through education and jobtrainings. The girls from Nepal will, when they return, first be taken in the new refuge. There they can get education and also a one year training for hairdresser-facial care giver.
People’s Trust now is calling on anyone to help them with this!
The children have been trapped in cages of 1x2 meter and were daily raped by minimum 20 men!
